This programme completely changed my life! I had had poor health on and off for 10 years, and particularly in the last few years as I was struggling with a lot like poor blood sugar control, hormonal issues, rosacea, cortisol spikes, twitching, inability to recover from exercise, and gut issues. I was desperate when I came to the clinic as my GP had absolutely no idea how to help, and recommended I start anti-anxiety medication, ignoring the fact that there was clearly a lot going on with my body.
What I learned is that it all comes down to inflammation. I started to see results in the first 2 months, and then when I started the detox in month 3, everything started to improve very quickly.
Was it cheap? No. Was it easy? No. Did it dramatically improve my health? YES. I now feel like a completely different human being. While I still have some minor symptoms, my inflammation markers have reduced, my blood sugar is under control, my hormones are a lot more balanced, I no longer have gut flare ups, and I'm back exercising to an amount I love.
I know what's going on with my body for the first time in my whole life. And of course, my anxiety has reduced!
Most importantly, I know that I am no longer going to be a chronically ill person forever, and I only see life improving from here.

Dr Jess, Ros and the team have been fantastic. I have had a 6 month, 3 phase package which has significantly improved my Hisatamine symptoms and importantly, overall health. The accountability is key for me but also having confidence in the plan and being open and trusting in what they say. I had a negative experience with another clinic so this took a lot of trust and it was rewarded. I highly recomend!!

I was recommended The Natural Doctor Clinic last year after years of ongoing health issues that I felt were never fully listened to or understood within conventional medicine. Six months ago, I was chronically fatigued, struggling with basic daily tasks, and dealing with a lot of pain. As a 30-year-old, extremely active woman, I felt completely lost and frustrated.

6 months ago I came to The Natural Doctor presenting an array of chronic conditions; chronic mold, gut dysbiosis, swollen stomach, anxiety, severe rashes, MCAS, neurological issues and felt very depressed with how I felt, wondering if I would ever heal from my issues. I was incredibly frightened, and all these symptoms would come and go over time which left me feeling that my body was betraying me. I couldn't even go for a walk because my stomach was so swollen and painful.
I am a keen runner and general fitness lover but last Summer I had to cease all workouts to help my body heal. I always wanted to work with a Funct. Doc for over 10 years but could never find a trusted one in the UK, where I could have appointments online only (we live in Darlington and there is a deficit of trusted Funct. Dr's here in the north-east that I am aware of).
I was very happy to spend the money on my health as I had been experiencing these symptoms since I was young (I am 34 years old), had no support from family and friends and gaslit by several GP's. As a child I experienced all these symptoms and have always struggled with ill health.
Over time, I had been diagnosed with SIBO, Candida overgrowths and parasites by different practitioners and nutritionists but it would always come back. I knew there was something deeper at play and needed help asap.
I invested in their 6 month programme and it was worth every penny because it has helped eliminate some of the mold from my system (the one thing I wanted to remove from my body and mind) and help balance my blood sugar issues I also had.
Whilst I am not fully clear from the mold and viruses, I am thrilled to be continuing a further tailored detox plan working with Dr Noyan (a mold expert!) and Ros for the foreseeable. I am so excited.

I've been seeing Nicola for acupuncture for a couple of years, and it's been a game-changer for me. After being diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome due to a shingles infection, which caused facial paralysis, I was in a tough spot. Nicola's acupuncture sessions not only helped alleviate the pain but also significantly improved my facial symmetry. Her support and guidance played a huge role in getting me through that challenging period. I highly recommend her services.

Following my diagnosis of two autoimmune disorders in Sept 2024. My consultant advised that I had a chronic illness and would more than likely require immunosuppressant medication for life.
I decided to carry out my own research into alternative treatment for auto immune disorders and found Functional Medicine (which identifies and treats the root cause of auto immune disorders) and Dr Jess’s clinic via the Institute for Functional Medicine website.
After an initial call with the clinic, I decided to book a full consultation with Dr Noyan. At my consultation I had blood taken for a full range of blood tests to assess my health status. Dr Noyan is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Functional Medicine. He immediately put me at ease, taking the time to understand my health issues and discuss my health history.
At my follow up consultation, Dr Noyan presented the results of my blood tests, taking the time to explain what they meant and also answering my many questions. Dr Noyan presented me with a 6 month personalised treatment plan based on his findings from my initial consultation and blood test results.
The plan included nutrition and lifestyle changes and natural supplementation.
The plan has been life changing and has completely transformed my health - I feel amazing. The lifestyle changes are now a way of life, I love the food I eat and the new healthy habits I have learned. I have also lost nearly 3 stone in weight! Most importantly, on completion of the plan, I had a final blood test to measure my inflammation levels and was delighted to learn they had reduced to normal levels.
Due to the health benefits and fantastic results I had achieved under the plan, I decided to remain under the care of Dr Noyan and the clinic under a health continuity plan, which includes annual blood testing. I had my annual results in December and was again delighted to learn that my results have continued to improve and notably, my inflammation levels remain in the normal range. I truly believe that this is a direct result of the treatment plan I have followed with the support and guidance of Dr Noyan and Adina (my lifestyle coach).

Eight months ago, I came to The Natural Doctor with a number of health challenges: debilitating migraines, excruciating period pain and PMS, poor digestion, severe anxiety, brain fog, and more. For years, I had been dismissed by my GP, told it was “all in my head.” Other private doctors and nutritionists helped a little, but nothing made a lasting difference.
After my initial consultation and comprehensive tests, Dr. Noyan provided a detailed report explaining what was really happening in my body and why. It was eye-opening and honestly a shock to see the true state of my health. I decided to commit to a six-month program tailored specifically to my needs. Yes, it was an investment, but worth every penny.

I had acne for years because of PCOS and honestly felt like I’d tried everything. My GP just gave me the pill, antibiotics, and creams. Then I saw an endocrinologist and he put me back on the pill again. I even went to a really good dermatologist, but she could only treat it on the surface. I also tried changing my diet, worked out more, tried to figure it out on my own, but nothing actually fixed it long term or sustainably.
I’m honestly so happy and grateful I found this clinic. Dr. Noyan really took the time to figure out what was going on in my body. He ran all the right tests and he is also incredibly knowledgeable. He gave me a tailored solution that actually worked for me. Not a quick fix or something I’d have to depend on forever like antibiotics, but something that got to the root cause and treated it the natural way. My skin is now 90% clear and I’ve been on the programme for 7 months. So it’s only a matter of time until is fully clear.

When I first came to The Natural Doctor Clinic I felt very low. I had no energy and struggled to get any sleep at all. My period was so heavy and painful and impacted my daily life each month. I was bloated all the time and my anxiety levels were very high. I had already asked my GP for help and they just gave me an antidepressant and sent me away. I didn’t take them and went to see Dr Noyan instead. After a consultation and various tests he created a complete report of what was happening to me and why - and it all made sense. I started a program specifically tailored to my needs that completely changed my life, and as the weeks went on I went from strength to strength. Adina the health coach regularly checked in with me and I saw Dr Noyan regularly. I now get a full nights sleep, my hormones are rebalancing, I have lots of energy and I can enjoy my life again. The best thing about the program is that it was all tailored for me. I can’t thank Dr Noyan enough, he was kind and caring and his knowledge is amazing. I have learned so much. Dr Noyan is very knowledgeable and has a talent for putting people at ease. His ability to understand my unique needs and develop a personalised plan for me have been life changing. Ros (the health coach) is very supportive and a great source of information. I was told by the NHS specialist that I would need to take immunosuppressants for the rest of my life. After only 6 weeks of this programme many of my blood tests are back in range already (without immunosuppressants). I am amazed by how much better I feel and cannot recommend this programme enough.

So excited to meet Dr Jess after years of following her online. She did not disappoint and I'm hopeful of being able to get to the bottom of some long-standing interconnected health issues, after 'bitting and bobbing' with various methods and trying to work things out for myself. Dr Jess had thoroughly assessed my whole life health data I had submitted and produced a 'mind map'. I wish I could have taken a picture and recorded the conversation as there was so much to take in. So many more questions to ask; just not enough time in 45 minutes! :D
We need more root cause analysis and functional doctors like Dr Jess. Jan on Reception is so delightfully welcoming too!
