Description
Derived from a bovine source and freeze-dried (lyophilised) to maintain its biological activity, Ox Bile is a suitable supplement for the liver’s production of bile.
Why supplement with ox bile?
Augments the liver’s production of bile.
Bile plays a key role in the digestion of fats due to its emulsification function.
Bile assists in the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K
It is ever more common to have biliary insufficiency, which can play a significant role in the development of SIBO.
Ox Bile represents “Gallbladder Replacement therapy” (GRT) for those whose gallbladder has been removed.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, 1 capsule one to three times daily with meals containing fat, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Caution: Best taken with a high fat content meal. If GI distress occurs, discontinue or use a lower dose. Consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before taking higher doses or using this product long-term, or if you have a history of liver or gall bladder dysfunction.
