Katy Health Coach

Katy has seen the benefits of functional medicine first hand for herself and her family. After losing over 4 stone and radically changing her own health she wanted to take her passion for helping people achieve their goals into a career and left her successful career in sales (useful for motivating patients!) to retrain as a health coach. She trained with the industry-leading Institute for Functional Medicine approved Coaching Academy, a collaboration with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). She is also a qualified EFT practitioner (an excellent complement to health coaching) and successfully completed her level 1 & 2 training at the EFT & Mindfulness Training Centre. Katy is a member of the UK Health Coaches Association.

At your first session she will go through your health and lifestyle history to gain insight into how she can help you reach your goals. As a key member of the Natural Doctor’s team, Katy is experienced at helping clients achieve the results they want and finding the right tools for them.
