Refunds & Returns
Upon receiving your order, if you decide that you no longer want it, you are entitled to return your order (this does not apply to products made to order like tinctures or loose herb prescriptions) with in 14 days of receipt. You will be entitled to a full refund, provided that the product is in resalable condition in its original, undamaged packaging. We may also be able to accept returns after the initial 14 days of receipt, at our discretion.
