Ros became a Health Coach after discovering and utilising Functional Medicine to heal herself after a diagnosis of the autoimmune condition Rheumatoid Arthritis back in 2016. Now, very grateful to be symptom and medication free, she supports others on their journey to improve their health outcomes and live life to the full. Ros trained with the industry-leading Institute for Functional Medicine approved Coaching Academy, a collaboration with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). She is also an Autoimmune Paleo Certified Coach. Ros is a member of the UK and International Health Coaching Association.

At your first session she will go through your health and lifestyle history to gain insight into how she can help you reach your goals. As a key member of the Natural Doctor’s team, Ros is experienced at helping clients achieve the results they want and finding the right tools for them.
